Clinician: Lauren Fisher Lauren is a graduate of the prestigious St. Olaf College (Bachelor of Music, 2010) and Baylor University (Master of Music, 2012). Many of you will remember Lauren as an active member of our chapter and our chapter secretary. She has a thriving music studio centered in St. Cloud, and as a graduate of St. Olaf had the privilege of being associated with one of the oldest and best collegate choral programs in the United States. We are grateful that she has agreed to be our director and to share with our children her experience, talent, and passion for making fun and beautiful music. photo of clinician

All festival music must be memorized beforehand

Fees:

Directors (includes lunch) $6.00 per person
Choristers (Grades 2-6) $20.00 per person
Chaperones, Aides and other Adults (includes lunch) $6.00 per person
Registration fee per group
Registration fee will be waived if form is mailed by March 7, 2025		 $25.00 per church
Final registration deadline is March 21, 2025

Sharon Hall Memorial Scholarship Fund:

Sharon Hall was a Children's Choir Director at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, a charter member of the Central Florida Chapter of Choristers Guild. After her death in 1996, the Central Florida Chapter of Choristers Guild established the Sharon Hall Scholarship Fund to honor Mrs. Hall's commitment to, enthusiam for and love of children and music. The scholarship fund will cover festival registration fees for choristers and/or directors in financial need. To request scholarship funds or for more information, please contact chapter president Joshua Klatt at 663-446-3062.

Students will rotate through each of the 4 Interest Groups and will preform with their last Interest Group

Festival Information Updates:

Include a valid e-mail address on the Registration Form if you would like confirmation of your registration. You will receive schedules, name tags, and class assignments when you arrive at the festival.

Permission Form:

A permission form must be filled out for each chorister and turned into the festival registrar before name tags and schedules will be given out on the morning of the festival. This is to ensure safety of the children in case there is an emergency and the director cannot be immediately located. A form can be found by clicking on the Festival Forms Button on the side of this page. We also ask that each church have an emergency person at home (someone that can be called and who will contact the rest of the parents in case of an emergency).

Travel Directions to Oakland Presbyterian Church:

Take the Florida Turnpike to exit #272.
Turn east on State Road 50, going toward Winter Garden.
At the traffic light, turn left onto Tubb Street.
Turn right at the first stop sign onto Oakland Avenue.
The church is just ahead on the right.

Food

Lunch is pizza and fruit. If anyone cannot eat this please have him / her bring a lunch from home.

Dress for the day and the concert:

—Shorts or slacks
—Tee shirt or polo shirt (a shirt representing your choir or church is great)
—Tennis shoes with socks
